It’s a fork on a cork! While I was in Japan, I stopped at this cute bistro that set each fork on top of a cork with a flattened bottom. It was cute, unexpected, and it kept the fork clean and off the table. I’m definitely going to use this inexpensive trick at a dinner party! CHEERS!…and, “Arigato, Tokyo!”

I was in Asia for my job these past couple weeks, and I spotted this large cork ottoman/seat in Hong Kong at a store called Aluminum.
I’m on the hunt for a cool backsplash for my home right now. So, I went onto one of my favorite home websites, Houzz, and typed in “kitchen backsplash.” Here is one that I found where contractor Regina L. Pace incorporated wine corks!
